Why a corporation.
Veloxspire began as a one person software practice that built systems for clients and shipped its first products.
In October 2026 its founder, Elmar A. Angao, incorporated Veloxspire as a stock corporation, for these reasons:
- One entity owns the products. Every product, its code and its name belong to the company, not to a person.
- Clients contract with a company. A counterparty that can sign, invoice and be held to a contract.
- Products need a company to run them. Billing, support and uptime are obligations to customers, and a company carries them.
- Built to outlast one operator. The company is set up so the work continues when any one person steps away.

Every decision starts with the underlying physics or economics, not "what does X do?"

Product and Services run at the same engineering bar. Both compound revenue and IP at the speed of execution.

No team larger than eight. Every pod has a PM, an engineering lead, a designer, and a revenue-accountable owner.

IC track compensates equal to management track at every level. No one has to manage to get paid.
