Who we are
Veloxspire Tech Inc. is the personal information controller for the personal data described in this notice. It is a stock corporation registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. 2026100274260-89, with principal office in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental.
We operate veloxspire.com under the brand Veloxspire. This notice covers veloxspire.com only. Each of our product sites has its own privacy notice.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us and a small amount of technical data.
- Contact form: your name, your email address, your company (optional), your message and your reason for contact.
- Services form: your name, your email address, your company (optional), your project description, the engagement type and the budget range you choose.
- Email replies: anything you write to us when you answer our reply.
- Technical data: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights record page views and performance measurements without cookies and without an identifier that persists across days.
- Request logs: Vercel, our hosting provider, keeps request logs that include your IP address for a short period measured in days.
We collect no other data.
Why we use it
We use your data for these purposes:
- To reply to your message.
- To prepare a proposal or an answer to your question.
- To follow up on your inquiry.
- To keep records of an engagement if you become a client.
Our lawful basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and running the site, and your consent where the law requires it.
We do not profile you. We make no automated decisions about you. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
Three providers process your data for us:
- Resend (email delivery, United States) carries each form submission to our support mailbox and keeps delivery logs under its own retention settings.
- Google Workspace (mailbox hosting, United States) stores our support and privacy mailboxes.
- Vercel (hosting, analytics and request logs, United States) serves the site.
Your data may therefore be stored outside the Philippines. We choose providers with published security measures and contractual data protection terms.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- An inquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted 12 months after our last exchange.
- Records of an engagement are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period Philippine law requires for business records.
- Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal data.
How we protect it
- The site is served over HTTPS everywhere.
- Access to your data is limited to the people who answer inquiries.
- Our providers apply their own security controls.
- If a breach affects your data, we notify the National Privacy Commission and you as the Data Privacy Act requires.
Your rights
Under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed.
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Object to processing.
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to erase or block your data.
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Claim damages for harm caused by inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or misused data.
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise a right, email privacy@veloxspire.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within 15 working days.

Children
The site is not directed at persons under 18. If the data of a minor reaches us, we delete it on notice.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, we update this page and its last updated date. Material changes are called out at the top of the notice.
